Tax, shipping charges, and credit cards:
8.375% sales tax applies only to orders shipped to New York State.
Karen Karch accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. You will be charged at the time your order is confirmed via email.
We ship all our jewelry using Federal Express and Federal Express Internatioanl priority. We insure all our shipments with a private insurance company to ensure safe arrival. A signature is required for all shipments with no exception; please be sure to arrange shipment with us for a day when someone can be available to sign. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes. In reference to international shipping; customs duties vary by country and are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
Domestic shipping: begins at $55.
International: $150.
Availability, Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges.
All items on the Karen Karch website are subject to availability. In the event that an item is not immediately available, you will be notified via email and given the opportunity to cancel your order, or to join the waiting list for an item.
You may return a full price stock item within 14 days of purchase, for exchange and/or store credit only. Store credit is valid for 2 years from date of issue. All items purchased using store credit are a final sale; no further exchanges are permitted. All promotional discounts or sale items are final sale. If you wish to return an item, please contact us for a pre-paid shipping label, which will allow us to insure your shipment. Returns shipped to us in any other way are solely your responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage. Returned merchandise must be in perfect condition upon its arrival; please pack returned merchandise properly or contact us for instructions.
All custom orders are final sale. Additional modifications are priced based on work required. A Karen Karch sales associate will work with all clients personally and closely for custom orders.
