For the 2004 Emmy awards, Karen Karch created a custom necklace for actress Cynthia Nixon, who won the Emmy in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actress In A Comedy Series for "Sex and the City." The necklace was a 70" strand of vintage green Arizona turquoise pebbles, secured with a pavé diamond and 18k yellow gold clasp.
