Refund Policy

KAREN KARCH | KARCH WOLFE ONLINE POLICY: 
Once an order is submitted, it is considered final. No refunds.
Karen Karch will accept the return of pieces for either an exchange or store credit only.
To qualify for a return, all jewelry must be unworn and in the original undamaged jewelry packaging.
If you wish to return an item, within 7 days of receiving your order, email: sales@karenkarch.com or phone: 212.965.9699 A prepaid FedEx shipping label can be created for you, which allows us to insure your shipment. The expense for return shipping is your responsibility. Returns shipped to us any other way are solely your responsibility in case of loss, theft or damage.

Store credit is valid for 2 years from date of issue. All items purchased using store credit are a final sale. No further exchanges will be permitted.

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS:
Any time we alter a piece from our store, including sizing a ring, it is considered a custom order. All custom orders are non cancelable and non exchangeable.

CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS:
A 50% deposit is required to start the design process. Once we begin the design process, all orders are non cancelable and non exchangeable.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Pieces are packaged in our Karen Karch jewelry boxes & placed in a FedEx box for shipping, signature required. We do not allow for a signature release. We cannot ship to PO boxes. We will contact you by email to confirm the day you are able to sign for the package. We will then send you an email with tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The purchaser is responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by their country of residence.
