Brilliant!!

This sapphire originated in a birthstone ring that my mother had made for me as a little girl. I loved the sentiment, but the band was far too fragile and tiny to wear. Naturally, I asked my all-time favorite jewelry designer, Karen, if it could be saved from an eternity inside of my jewelry box and she came up with a design that blew my mind.
